We offer hourly and flat fee options. Before any services are rendered a contract will need to be executed, including payment of a retainer. Typically, fees are split equally between the parties. At times other arrangements can be made or the issue submitted to the mediation and/or arbitration process.
Our fees can vary quite a bit depending upon the complexity of the issues and the research that may be needed. To give you some guidance, we can report that a half day, in-office, simple mediation typically starts at $600.00. A similar half day of arbitration will likely be at least twice that amount because of the need to conduct research and issue a written opinion.
